For Steve, one of the most rewarding aspects of his job is the chance to work alongside his best friends and build strong team chemistry. As he continues to evolve in his role, he finds that having a supportive and collaborative team makes his work far more enjoyable compared to earlier days.

“At least we have more hands on deck. We have more bodies,” Steve explained. “So Jake obviously plays a huge role in getting the show up, doing show notes, and getting it on YouTube and all across the podcast platforms. So, I don’t have to do all that, which is great.”

He emphasized that the group has found its rhythm, and that synergy is a big part of what makes the job enjoyable. “I think we’ve all found where we fit, so that’s easily my favorite part of the show."

He also briefly mentioned how the product on the ballfield makes his job a lot easier to do. "Obviously, the team looks good too, so we’re not just going to be wasting our f****ng time.”

Beyond show dynamics, Steve also loves the challenge of growing podcasts and amplifying their reach. “I really love growing shows too. The other show I play a pretty big role in for their social strategy is Is What It Is by Cam'ron and Ma$e. I love doing that because it’s like you kind of get a blank slate of how you can amplify the audience, and that’s one of my favorite things ever.”

Whether it's nurturing relationships with colleagues/friends or tackling new growth opportunities, the collaborative and creative elements of his job make it a truly fulfilling experience for Steve.
